Your cleaner isn't rushed, underpaid or constantly changing. They're properly employed, well supported and trained to notice the details that matter to you. When the people cleaning your home are well looked after, it shows in the care, consistency and pride they bring into your space.

You'll see the same cleaner on a regular schedule so your home isn't treated like a checklist, it's treated like your home. Over time, they learn how you like things done, what makes you feel most at ease and how to leave your space feeling just right.

You can rely on your clean actually happening. If your regular cleaner needs time off, we will organise a fill-in cleaner for you. If they decide to move onto a new chapter, you're not left scrambling as we ensure your service continues seamlessly, with someone carefully chosen to deliver the same standard and feeling of relief.

If the cleaner isn't the right fit at first, you won't be expected to "just live with it". We will take on the stress of finding a better fit by organising someone else who better suits your needs. Our number one priority is to ensure you are genuinely satisfied with your regular cleaner.

Please Note:
For our regular domestic cleaning services we use client cleaning chemicals, vacuum and mop.
This way we can ensure that we are always using our clients preferred choice of products & chemicals, for their personal space.

If you require us to provide everything (chemicals, vacuum & mop):
We are happy to arrange this at client request, provided we have the availability. This will add $5/hr to whichever service you require.

Payment:
When booking a regular cleaning service with us, we require you to pay via direct debit. This makes payment a set and forget option for our clients and ensures we are always paid on time. The payment will only ever trigger if an invoice is sent. This means if the service is cancelled for any reason, an invoice will not be sent, therefore payment will not be taken.

Cancellation Policy:
When you book a service with us, we reserve that time slot especially for you. We prefer 48hrs notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your booking. However, if you are unable to do so, please provide 24hrs notice. If that isn't possible, unfortunately you will incur a cancellation fee of $45.00 + GST.
If you cancel your cleaning service on the day of, we are unable to replace the job and therefore miss out on any work we could have booked in your place.
