We are a small cleaning business based in Ipswich QLD. We have a tight-knit team, and we take good care of our staff. Our clients' satisfaction is one of our highest priorities and providing an excellent cleaning service is important to us. Our goal is to leave you with a clean & fresh home every week, making housework a thing of the past.
Cleaner Fresher Homes is owned and operated by myself, Kayla Walsh. I do pretty much everything, from taking care of office duties, to being out on the field with our team. I am heavily involved within the daily operations of the business and like to make sure our clients are well taken care of. We largely cater to our domestic regular and once-off clean clients, while also doing regular builders' cleans.
Within the cleaning industry, a lot of underpayment can occur. This usually happens when a business contracts their work. This means the cleaner misses out on super and other allowances that fall under the Cleaning Services Award.
We pride ourselves on paying our cleaners properly and in line with Fair Work standards. This includes a couple of allowances cleaners get on top of their hourly rate, such as a toilet cleaning allowance & a travel allowance. We also take care of our cleaners' tax & superannuation – the way it should be.
We are very choosey about who we bring on board our team and have high expectations for the quality of our work. All of our staff are handpicked through our application process, personally interviewed and trained face to face. They are police and reference checked, trustworthy and reliable and most importantly fully insured. If you are ever dissatisfied with our service, we make sure to rectify the issue as soon as practicable.
Our local cleaners can take care of all things household cleaning and domestic chores. We clean windows (inside & out - ground level), walls, bathrooms and pretty much anything else you can think of internally. We can take care of dishes, washing, changing linen, ironing, and all other domestic chores. You can choose to book us for your regular cleaning needs or for once-off/spring cleaning. After all, you should only need one stop for all of your cleaning needs!
